Alison provided skilled facilitation and support for our board development day. Her approach brought the day alive bringing all attendees along the journey. Excellent way of everyone re engaging as a team after so many “virtual” meetings over the last couple of years.
For me, the power of her coaching has been felt most in the days after each coaching session when I have felt creative, confident and empowered to take risks and push forward towards my goals. The long term 'dream' I had at the beginning of our programme now feels like a concrete reality.
I had a block when it came to considering my own future professional development.
