Our training programmes focus on supporting you to development your in-house coaching capability through two main routes: Coaching Skills for Leaders and Accredited In-house Coach Training.
Coaching Skills for Leaders
This two-day training programme equips your leaders with the skills to empower, engage and motivate their teams and direct reports. A coaching approach to leadership unleashes the potential of the team so that individuals can play to their strengths, make great decisions and act with greater degrees of autonomy and collaboration.
The training focuses on the core coaching skills of active listening, unlocking new thinking through powerful questions and cultivating accountability. Woven into the programme is some goal and motivational theory alongside psychology and neuroscience, plus our bespoke coaching framework that leaders can deploy in the moment or as the basis for a more formal developmental conversation.
Prices start at £6,000 plus VAT depending on number of delegates.

Accredited Coach Training Programme
If you'd love to deliver the multitude benefits of coaching to your colleagues, without the hassle and expense of a total reliance on external coaches, then the single best solution is to train your own internal coaches.
Our Coach Training Programme is a carefully designed blend of coaching theory, practice, reflection and feedback delivered over a six month period incorporating 67 hours of coach specific training.
Based upon the globally recognised standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), delivering high-quality, ethical and professional coaching education that prepares students to meet ICF's rigorous coaching competencies.
The programme can be delivered online or in person and is taught by ICF accredited and experienced coaches and coach educators. We can deliver this programme for up to 12 delegates from your organisation.
We also run the programme as an 'open' training at £3,500 plus VAT per person. Our next cohort starts in September 2026.
