A team can agree beautifully - and still get nothing done.
Some teams avoid challenge. Some talk in circles. Some make a decision and reopen it the next week. Some rely on the most senior person to settle everything. Some look cooperative in the room and quietly work around each other afterwards.
When team coaching may help
What we work on
The exact work depends on the team. Common themes include purpose, decision-making, roles, meetings, trust, healthy disagreement, stakeholder relationships, shared accountability and turning decisions into action.
We use live priorities wherever possible. The point isn't to create a perfect conversation in a workshop. The point is to improve the conversations and decisions the team already needs to have.
What it's not
A typical route
We agree the business question with the sponsor, hear from the team and key stakeholders, establish a baseline, then work with the team over several months. Progress is reviewed against the work the team needs to do — not only how people felt about the sessions.
